2. Who we are

AERM Holding Corp, d/b/a Ramirez Organization is an independent life insurance agency located at 3477 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd, Suite C, Unit D, Suwanee, GA 30024. We are not an insurance carrier; we are licensed to help you compare and apply for coverage issued by licensed carriers.

3. Not insurance advice, and no guarantee of coverage

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, financial or insurance advice, and it is not an offer to sell insurance in any state where we are not licensed.

Any quote is an estimate. Actual rates, terms, benefits and eligibility are determined solely by the issuing carrier after underwriting. Policy benefits are governed exclusively by the policy contract issued to you.

4. Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to submit a request through this site. You agree that the information you provide is truthful, accurate and current, and that any phone number you submit belongs to you and that you are authorized to receive calls and messages at it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose
• Submit another person's information without their permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or any related systems
• Interfere with the operation of the site, or scrape, harvest or reproduce its content without our written permission

6. Messaging program consent

Program description. When you check the consent box on our contact form, you agree that AERM Holding Corp, d/b/a Ramirez Organization may call and text you at the number provided, including with automated technology, about coverage, quotes, applications, appointments, career opportunities and related services.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You do not have to agree to receive calls or texts in order to get a quote or buy a policy. You can always reach us by phone or email instead.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your activity and where you are in the process.

Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages, unless you opt in again.

Getting help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at the email or phone number in Section 12.

Supported carriers. The program is available on most major U.S. carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.

Your consent record. We keep a record of your opt-in, including the timestamp, IP address, the phone number provided, the exact consent wording shown to you, and the language it was shown in. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared or sold. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Commercial Partners directory

Our Commercial Partners directory features independent local businesses. Listings are provided as a community service. We do not own, operate, endorse, guarantee or assume responsibility for the products, services, pricing or conduct of any listed business. Any transaction you enter into with a listed business is solely between you and that business.

8. Careers

Career information on this site is not an offer of employment. Insurance agent positions are performance-based, require an active state insurance license, and are subject to carrier appointment and applicable licensing requirements. Nothing on this site guarantees any level of income.

9. Intellectual property

The RO name, logo, wordmark, site design, text, graphics and photographs are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them without our prior written consent. Third-party marks displayed on this site belong to their respective owners.

10. Third-party links and services

This site links to and relies on third-party services, including HubSpot, Resend, Twilio, Vercel and Google. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party sites and services.

11. Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the messaging program.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. We may update these Terms at any time; the revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
